Kincaid has established her practice focusing on sophisticated trusts and estates planning and administration, in addition to strategic business planning for individuals and closely-held business owners.

Kincaid’s practice primarily involves evaluating and addressing estate, gift, and income tax exposure, addressing probate concerns, and planning for disability, second marriages, minor children, spendthrift beneficiaries, creditor exposure, and special needs beneficiaries. In addition, she assists business owners with a variety of business planning needs including business succession planning as well as the formation, acquisition, operation, and disposition of their business.
Kincaid is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
