Protorae Law’s Government Contracts practice provides counseling to international companies looking to expand into the federal government market. We advise clients on compliance issues relating to government contracting, and help them draft and negotiate subcontracting agreements and other subordinate contracts. We counsel contractors on governmental agency requests and notifications and, if necessary, represent clients in bid protests or other proceedings.
