Jim Kinsel spoke as a panelist at the Hildebrandt Institute's Social Media for Law Firms program entitled Beyond the Basics: Integrated Social Media Marketing for Law Firms. The panel discussion was on the topic of Creating a Blogging Culture at Your Firm in 90 Days. The program was held in New York City on September 22, 2011.
Breaking Up is Hard to Do -- A Primer on Business Break-Ups by Protorae Law
Jim Kinsel and Brian Chandler will be speaking about business break-ups on September 20, 2011 before the Northern Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. The program is called Breaking Up is Hard to Do and a summary of the program is as follows: "Most accountants are familiar with the process of putting businesses together. But, like most relationships, breaking up can be harder to do. Much of the difficulty resulting from business break-ups is due to the fact that business break-ups invoke a host of legal, financial, and emotional questions. Jim Kinsel and Brian Chandler of the law firm Protorae Law, PLLC will be speaking about the issues arising in a business break-up context."
